BVI Photo Video shall accept orders solely submitted using the site checkout system. We do not accept orders over the phone, fax, telegraph, homing pigeon, smoke signals or another awesome but outdated form of commercial communication.
Before you gasp with outrage and indignation, please consider this for half a minute and you will see that placing orders online serves best to protect your rights and interest as it creates a documented trace of each transaction, which is impossible when taking orders over the phone or otherwise. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email which irrevocably confirms all terms and prices under which you have placed it.
Delivery
Deliveries in Bulgaria are made via Speedy and Econt. During checkout, you may choose which courier to use, and to have the goods shipped either to your address, or to a convenient courier office or automated pick up station. Shipping cost is calculated depending on the type of delivery and is displayed before you finalize the order.

Deliveries to Romania and Greece are performed by DPD (directly in Romania, via ACS in Greece). Only door to door service is available for these countries. Delivery requires signature so please make sure you provide an address where the courier can reach you in person.
Order Fulfillment Time
Orders placed before 3:00pm on a business day (Mon-Fri) are generally processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm are processed on the next business day.
Delivery on the territory of Bulgaria takes different time depending on the type of delivery service you have selected:
• for courier office pickup, your package will be available after 9:30am on the day following dispatch of your order;
• for door to door delivery in Sofia, the courier will deliver on the next business day following dispatch of your order;
• for expedited door to door delivery in other locations where Speedy have offices, the courier will deliver on the next business day following dispatch of your order;
• for economy door to door delivery in other location where Speedy have offices, the courier will deliver on the second business day following dispatch of your order;
• for a small number of locations where Speedy do not have offices, delivery takes 1-3 business days.
Deliveries to Romania and Greece take 1 business day (for Bucharest and Thessaloniki), and 1-3 days for the rest of the territory.
After our staff has processed your order and hands it over to the courier for delivery, you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number and the date of delivery. On the day of the delivery itself, you will receive an SMS message (for mobile phones only). Please note that BVI Photo Video staff does not call to confirm orders; your order is considered confirmed as soon as you finalize checkout.
Returns
You may return the purchased goods within 14 days from delivery and payment will be refunded to you in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. You may only return goods if unpacked, undamaged and in pristine condition. Please use the 'Returns' pages to initiate product return.
