The i1Pro 3 Plus series of X-Rite spectrophotometers are best of class devices designed for professional use and suitable for operation in industrial environment. They arrive to replace the aging i1Pro 2 series by providing a host of new or improved capabilities:

• Increased aperture diameter (8mm) for improved sampling with higher repeatability rate;
• Built-in polarizer filter for improved scanning of uneven, glossy and textured surfaces — it removes the specular highlights, improves registration of detail in shadow areas and allows for better sampling of color saturation;
• A LED light source with prolonged life; allows for scanning M0/M1/M2/M3 during a single pass;
• Support for transmissive (backlit) materials in RGB printer workflows;
• Improved support for high-dynamic range displays, with sampling capabilities up to 5000 nits for calibration and profiling of modern and upcoming HDR displays;
• Longer ruler for improved patch scanning when wide-format media is used;
• A Kensington Lock port — because the high value provided by this device demands it!

i1Pro Basic 3 Plus is intended for calibration and profiling of computer screens and projectors
i1Pro Photo 3 Plus adds the ability to profile RGB printers and for doing viewing and print QA
i1Pro Publish 3 Plus is suited for profiling CMYK and CMYK+ printing devices
The optional automated scanning table i1iO for i1Pro 3 series allows for measurement of various media up to 33mm in thickness with the help of an optional Z-axis spacer.
